Can I use homeopathic Arnica along with other pain relief methods like ice, heat, or medications?
When applicable, Boiron’s topical Arnica products may be used with the RICE method (rest, ice, compression, elevation) for 20 minutes before applying to skin, provided the skin is unbroken. When using Boiron Arnica topicals, do not bandage tightly or use a heating pad. If applying ice, wait for the skin to return to normal temperature before applying the product. As your treatment progresses, make sure topical Arnica is no longer present on the skin before applying any more heat or ice. Do not use Boiron's topical Arnica products with other topical pain relievers.
Boiron Arnica tablets, pellets, and chewables have no known drug interactions and may be taken alongside other medications. These can also be combined with Arnica topical products for external spot treatment when needed.
Can I use homeopathic Arnica if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

Are there any side effects or known interactions with Arnica?
Boiron's Arnica medicines have a low risk of side effects when used as directed and no contraindications. They can be safely taken with other medications and are sometimes recommended to complement other treatments. When using these products, use only as directed, and do not bandage the area tightly.
A small number of people are allergic to plants from the daisy family, and therefore may be allergic to Arnica montana. Do not use if you are allergic to Arnica montana or to any of the product’s inactive ingredients. If in doubt, try the topical on a small area first, and wait two hours to see how your skin reacts before applying it to a larger area. If itchiness or redness occurs, discontinue using the topical. These cases are very rare.
